I am in love. I have loved Little Brown Byrd’s work for awhile (I am secretly a robot, after all), and last night I found the fantastic artwork of Vol. 25. I’m craving her prints. So much that I have told E that for Valentine’s Day, I want an original piece of hers—never mind that it’s $200+, and we’re trying to live on our college budget.

If I had money to spend right now, I would already own Broken Heart Robot. I bought a Scowl-Roid from her awhile ago, which my klepto-dog ate, and a robot Christmas ornament, which I must say is the best one on the tree.

Vol. 25’s work is hard to choose from, but I love this pirate map (did I mention I’m part pirate?), and It completely goes with a poem I wrote for E awhile ago, about a pirate searching for my heart. It’s like this print and I were meant to be.

Sigh.

And the financial aid check failed to come today. Probably a good thing, as then instead of showing you what I lust for, this would be all about what I bought.
